Difference between (D) and (E)

I choose (E) as an answer for this question though, I don't clearly get picture of difference between "Most" and "Some" in this question. Could you please give me an explanation about this?

    Remember that this is a "Must Be True" question. Just based on that fact, we would lean towards "some" over "most" because "some" is a lot easier to prove with 100% certainty. By definition, "some" on the LSAT means "at least one, possibly all." So answer choice (E), is effectively saying that "at least one of John's friends is not telling the truth." "Most," on the other hand, means "more than half." So answer choice (D) is effectively saying that "more than half of John's friends are not telling the truth." This is obviously much harder to prove with 100% certainty and is not supported by the statements in the stimulus. You should also be aware that you cannot pick (D) here because if (D) must be true, then obviously (E) must be true as well (i.e. if more than half of John's friends are not telling the truth, then obviously at least one of John's friends is not telling the truth as well). As such, (D) would be eliminated and (E) would be the correct answer. Hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
