Incorrect answer explanations nonexistent

The incorrect answers are not explained here as they are in every other question. I got the question right, but I feel as though answer A could be correct as well, if "the phenomenon" could be considered a premise.

    Agreed. There must be a bug on this question or something, as the explanations for each answer choice is not provided. Can this please be updated? I also got the answer correct but would like to understand some of the incorrect answer choices. Thanks!
