Is c wrong because?

Im curious as to if this is a valid reason to conclude that C is wrong. Is C wrong because W is not questioning the accuracy of H's evidence, W is simply providing differing evidence? Essentially, W is not saying that H is wrong, W is just saying that its not the defining factor for why Bees do what they do.

    It also seems like a complicated point to understand. I kind of understand why the answer is what it is, but I cant seem to understand if W is opposing H or not. What is the point W is trying to make to H?
