Argument Structure questions

I guess I haven't understood this section period! Is there an easier to explain and break down this question? I did great on the main point, however, I wasn't able to answer a single question correctly for the Argument Structure questions.

    Hi, B is incorrect because the author does not justify the difference in treatment. In fact, the author argues that the difference in treatment is unjustified.

    I’m enjoying LSATMax’s learning enterprise! Argument Structure questions were among my challenge areas, so I knew going in I had work to do. I am enjoying how the platform has daily office hours that I can filter for exactly what I want/need to study, and that I am given hundreds of questions to practice. This is great!
