Answer A?

I'm still confused as to why it would not be Answer A. Couldn't the explanation for Answer E could also be applied to Answer A?

    Hi, I think that A is describing a premise, the fact that finding this knowledge is risky is a reason why people don't do it, which is why they are not a reliable judge of what they really want. This makes A a premise.
