Help: Why is it invalid/flawed?

Hello, The "review" notes state that the argument is flawed. What are the basis for rendering the argument invalid/flawed? Please help thank you.

    Hello @Mazen, I also am not seeing a logical error in this stimulus. I checked with another tutor just to make sure. Thank you for pointing this out, it might be an error. I'll make a note for the team to fix it. If it turns out that I am wrong, I will reply with an update.
