So what sentence is the conclusion and which are the premises, because the main point seems to take two sentences and mush them together.

In some (very rare) cases the main point can be two sentences. I think the first two sentences are the conclusion (those assert that pit bulls don’t fit into the dog-breed category and instead fit more in the dogs-based-on-roles category). The last sentence is the premise.
