Wondering why D is wrong

Hello! I understand why E is wrong but I'm still confused about how D is wrong. It says that "Some people who do not live to the age of 100 also lead unhealthy lives." Isn't this support for saying that those there are some people who live unhealthy lives and don't live till 100 because they do not have the gene in them to survive for a long life?
