@Ryan-Mahabir, The author tells us that "expert testimony by medical professionals often relies heavily on the use of technical terminology, which those who are not specially trained in the field find difficult to translate into visual imagery,"(lines 55-59) using this fact to support the use of custom-made medical illustrations. (D) is too strong of an answer choice, the author is not saying the experts explicitly try to overwhelm judges with technical details, rather that the testimony relies on such terminology.

Why is A and B wrong?

For A: while I see some skepticism regarding the use of technical terms, I don't think that's about how effective it is, but rather about its accuracy. If anything the author thinks it's too effective. For B I just don't see anything that goes as far as distain or admiration. I don't see anywhere that the author gives a clear opinion as to their personal feeling that strongly.
