Hi, the issue with A is that it doesn't actually tie into the suggestion made. The suggestion is to to reduce work, but to shift around the hours. Shifting hours doesn't change how much work you do, just when you do it. If you're overworked starting at 8 am you would still be overworked if you worked the same amount but started 2 hours later.
