Hi I am not an instructor but I believe E is wrong because it is too strong. See the following line However, the New . While the first part of E "we have the right to these values" is correct, the second part "personal values should not affect the ways in which neighborhoods are designed" is not necessarily true. Instead, "they suggest that we should take a more critical view of these values and of the sprawl-conducive zoning and subdivision policies that reflect (55) them." In my view, taking a more critical view of these values does not equate to "personal values should not affect the ways in which neighborhoods are designed." This is just my opinion. Please feel free to correct me. Thank you!
