Hi LSATMax, I was torn between choosing D and E and went with answer choice E instead. Could someone please explain why we would eliminate E? Thank you!

    I would look to line 50 where the new urbanites do not say that we should bat personal values from consideration of urban design, but rather we should make sure to think critically about those values. This directly conflicts with E.
