Hello. C sounded good to me, as did D. Why is C incorrect?

    Ooo!! Is it because it's not the argument's conclusion? The argument is specifically about the hydrogen powered cars.

    @nizhoni, That's correct - the conclusion is not conditional, "if a new technology is developed, then.." but specific to hydrogen cars.
