I thought this was the conclusion... "However, it is likely that common wisdom has mistaken an effect for a cause." So, I deduced it to be the main point. Are there any tips moving forward? Also, struggling with the main point questions in reading comp.

    Hi Abigail, This is a tough one. I agree that the main point is that people are likely mistaken. The right answer here, D is a rough paraphrase for that main point. This is one of the weaker paraphrases I have seen, but it is still a paraphrase of the main point.
