K - assigned to tuscany

if F is assigned to Romania and K cannot be assigned with F and cannot be assigned to Spain, how is K must be signed to Tuscany, not the right answer?

    Make sure to read the rule carefully. The rule is that F and K cannot be the same type of intern, not that they can't go to the same place.
