Hi LSAT Max, Can you explain why these answer choices are flawed? Thanks!

    Yes please! I am a bit confused on these two answers as well.

    I dont see how D is really relevant. Whether businesses consider it an ordinary expense, some extraordinary event, or something else doesnt change the argument since we have no idea how business change their behavior for each of these categories. C actually strengthens the argument. If the only way they will do the right thing is if it makes good business sense, then we should make it make business sense in order to cut down on environmental harm.
