Hi there, I'm confused about the last rule "Quilting must be given on an earlier day than both Kite-making and Needlepoint." Does it mean that Quilting must be one day earlier than Kite-making and Quilting must be one day earlier than Needlepoint? If so, K and N must be on the same day b/c that's the only way Q can be one day ahead of both of them. Thank you!

It does not mean that, it just means that it must be at some point before both of the other two. If a variable must come directly before or after another one the rule will say so, likely along the lines of "c comes the day before d" or "L presents in the slot after the slot in which M presents"
