Hey @miesen, thanks for your post. There are a number of problems with answer choice (A). First of all, the reservations of "nationally oriented law schools" is not a focal point for this passage as a whole - even though they are mentioned in the last paragraph. Second, the author of the passage does not specifically advocate for the implementation of a "standard national curriculum in statutory law." Rather, the passage's author thinks that some form of statutory law education should be incorporated into law school curricula, whether regional or nationally focused.
