So I got this question right. However, I'd like to know why Answer Choices A, B, D, and E are incorrect. My gut reaction is that they are wrong for the following reasons. If someone could back me up, I would appreciate it. A: the author never talks about national defense in a way where there is little consensus. B: the author says "it's not like national defense." D: nowhere in Paragraph 3 of Passage B does the author allude to the fact that national defense enjoys widespread support. I didn't see anything that would make me feel such a way. E: Never talks about national defense being important.
