Why E instead of A?

I was confused on why the authors would be more likely to agree on E than A. Could you please explain? Thanks!

    Hi @joshuavt, thanks for your post. You may have misread (A). It says that the problem can be solved *without* resort to brute force - but that is the opposite of what Passage A argues, and also at odds with what the author of Passage B says. See lines 12-15.
