Hi RachP, Just because other researchers might have studied the properties of using pepites, and thus maybe have ruled out every known peptide being able to bind to semiconductor materials, that does not mean that they were doing research about using peptides in nanocircuits. Maybe they were investigating other properties of peptides for some other purpose than making nanocircuits.
