B vs D

I guess I see the difference in the answers because D deals directly with the packaging on the cigarettes but I don't completely see why B doesn't work?

(B) is diagrammed Look at disturbing pics frequently —> Affect smoking habits (D) is diagrammed ~Frequently look —> ~Affect smoking habits So these two are actually reversals/negations of each other! One must be right and fit with the stimulus, and the other must be wrong. Here, (D) is the one that completes the argument. Hope this helps! Feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.
