If anything it is literally just telling you that there is a higher likelihood of right-side strokes being undiagnosed compared to left-side strokes. Proportionality will be clearly signaled whenever it occurs. It will typically use this exact word to make it known. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Okay I only ask because in the review explanation it stated proportionality which confused me.
