confused one a

the explanations say a is too strong. I dont get how, when you negate a it would be (none of the lowest paid.....executives earn more than 50 times what...) that's saying none of lowest paid workers now work with that large gap of 50X which would destroy the argument. please help me understand how it doesn't.
