Question is missing information/has a typo

Hello, there is missing information in this question, the final figure of the reduced number of visits is not there, threw me off during my prep test, if someone could please fix this typo that'd be amazing. As mush as it's not relevant to the right answer, it'll help simulate the exam better if the entire question is presented to us and it won't force people to reread the question several times to understand what's missing and if it's important.
