Hi Christina81, thanks for reaching out. I just tested it out on my end and it is working for me. Perhaps try closing the app and then reopening, and if that fails for you, then redownloading it if the glitch is persistent? If these don't work then I would suggest either texting or calling support to get the issue resolved. I hope it starts running again!
