Scenario, Scenario, where is my Scenario???

So this one there are definitely some up front deductions, my process also always entails hitting conditionals first, but is there any scenario I should build out for this? I wasted a ton of time thinking if I could, but I couldn't make a "reasonable" amount of scenarios, so I did the brute force... An approach for if I should have done scenarios on this would be very helpful, I guess the thought process more than anything on when to call it quits and head into questions.
