Irina, Your response here contradicts your response to the post above. How can you say here that the author implies, from lines 8-13 and 24-26 that law-based systems generally work less efficiently than social norms, then in the passage say D is wrong because we cannot infer from the passage that the author believes that law based systems of protection is generally less efficient than social norms in all cases? I think your reasoning in the first post is correct and that your reasoning in this post is wrong.
