I feel like I understand part of it, but I don't quite grasp how it's pointing out the similarities? Does it mean that the author in A is suggesting there really isn't much distinction between so-called controversial insider trading and uncontroversial practices? Thanks in advance!

Hi @kenken, Thanks for the question! So we’re looking for something that happens in passage A and doesn’t happen in passage B. (B) tells us that passage A points out similarities between a controversial activity and uncontroversial ones, whereas passage B doesn’t do this. Well, first of all, does passage A do this? It does when it compares insider trading (a controversial activity) and “insider non trading” (an uncontroversial activity) in the last paragraph from lines 31-36. So A definitely does (B). Now does passage B do (B)? No, it doesn’t, and so this answer choice fits the bill and is the correct one. Hope this helps! Feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.
