The word "superior" in answer-choice C

Hi, I was puzzled by the usage of the word "superior" in the correct answer-choice, C. "Superior" is a strong word! I know from knowledge outside the passages that it takes "superior" research and analytical skills to make money in the stock market; but as far as the passages are concerned, I feel that the word "superior" is NOT made explicit (I would even argue that it was not made implicit); or am I wrong, and the idea of "superior analysis" is made clear in the passages? I do understand that we're looking for the "best answer-choice," but I want to know whether I am missing strong language that conveys the notion of "superiority," and so my question concerns my command of the English language, or at least my understanding of the language in this passage: Is this one of those scenarios where we select the best answer-choice and move on, or am I wrong and the word "superior" is clearly conveyed in both passages and I missed it? A response is greatly appreciated! Thank You Mazen

    Hi AJcaviness, There are a couple of options to diagram a x, y, or both. I personally choose to write it out, as in If W -> F, T, Or both I have also seen an asterix If W -> F/T* I would prioritize clarity over brevity here.

    Hi Mazen, apologies as it looks like I double posted my response The authors do support the idea that it is appropriate for investors to analyze the available info and make good decisions. I don't think the term superior needs to be proven. If the authors think that making good decisions through analysis is good, then surely being good at analysis is fine as well. Superior is simply another way of saying that one has extremely impressive skills. If the authors think that analysis is good, surely they think that being good at analysis is not an unfair advantage.
