Why is A correct? Why is D incorrect?

@Ryan-Mahabir, (A) is correct because the concept is mentioned in passage A on lines 24-27 "harm to self, others..has to be taken into account.," whereas passage B does not discuss harm resulting from treating a person the same way they treat others. (D) is incorrect because only Passage B talks about due respect.
