Question about F&V

Hi! I am confused as to how F AND V can both be In given the contrapositive of rule 5 where F OR V are in if T is out. Please explain.

    Hi, the contrapositive of the final rule is that if f or v is in, then t must be out. That does not stop F, V, and S from being in together.
