Help with translating

I must up the translation of rule 5. If a statement says if t is present then neither f nor v is present mean neither f or neither v or doesn’t it meant neither f and v?

    @fable, happy to help! Rule #5 states: "If Terry volunteers, then neither Felivia nor Veena volunteers." We diagram this as: T -> NOT F and NOT V The contrapositive is: F or V -> NOT T So, we can think of Rule #5 as saying: "If Terry, then not Felivia AND not Veena." Does that make sense?
