I missed something... and have question

Hi, I chose C, the explanation didn't help me (I have known many doctors who have disagreed on treatments, they are not all sitting around in a circle chanting singing "Koom Bi Ya"). My reasoning is the schools of thought on Theoretical and Clinical Equipoise are in different camps (dissimilar views) - significantly different views. I was holding onto A as a contender but I eliminated it.
