How to find what Test the passages/questions are from?

I got an answer wrong and I want to document it in my "question/error journal", but am unsure about what test/passage/question number to cite or list.

    Googling is usually the fastest to be honest. You can usually just type the first ten words or so into google and one of the top three or four results will tell you. This is pt 19 passage three
