Why is E wrong? Surely the fact that only 5% of people suffer from the condition qualifies as "relatively few".

E was never said in the argument. The argument isn't talking about the subset of people who actually see the ads, it's talking about all heartburn sufferers. It's totally possible that e isn't even true of the argument, perhaps heartburn ads are actually well targeted at people with the condition in question.
