Why is E correct? Why is C incorrect?

@Ryan-Mahabir, (C) is incorrect because there is no discussion regarding the class of criticism, it is a single criticism - the corporation is not environmentally responsible. (E) is correct because the CEO concludes that just because their current production method results in less pollution, it means they "do all they can to pollute less," whereas they could adopt other methods that produce even less pollution.
