Premise: NOT Store Process Pics Correctly - > Customer Owed Refund Conclusion: Customer Claim Correct - > Customer Owed Refund The assumption is that if the customer handled it correctly, and if it the pictures are of poor quality, then the store must have improperly processed the pictures, and therefore the customer is owed a refund.
