I don't understand either. I was confused between E and B. I thought that there was a missing assumption that smaller classrooms would lead to improvement in overall student achievement if there were qualified teachers, and I saw B as a reverse of the conclusion (if you were to try to do it with conditional logic) but i didn't see how E was accounting for the assumption that smaller classrooms could lead to improvement in SA (even with qualified teachers) Thanks !
