Hi - would someone please explain what it means to 'qualify' versus 'provide support'? I was going to choose the correct answer but I really second-guessed myself with the 'qualify' answer choice. Thanks!

Qualifying the conclusion of an argument is practically placing limits on it. Qualifying a conclusion often means providing conditions that must be met in order for the conclusion to be true.
E.g. Music sounds better when you hear everything clearly. Turning up the music helps you hear more clearly. Therefore, listening to loud music sounds better, as long as one does not play the music loud enough to damage their hearing.
This last portion of the sentence qualifies the conclusion that louder = better.
