Qualifying a conclusion often means providing conditions that must be met in order for the conclusion to be true. E.g. Music sounds better when you hear everything clearly. Turning up the music helps you hear more clearly. Therefore, listening to loud music sounds better, as long as one does not play the music loud enough to damage their hearing.
