I understand why the answer choice is A but I'm having a hard time gripping why the answer is not B. Can someone help with that?

    Disregard. The conclusion is about people who read nutrition labels so in concluding about the same group you're discussing it can't possibly be unrepresentative

    Good catch! This is an easy mistake for someone to make since there are two difference groups being sampled here.
