How to eliminate answer choice

I understand how you need to separate out the F's in positions 1 and 3 to accomodate for F<J but why can't H be in position 2?

    Hi Csanch, Good catch about F going on both monday and wednesday. While we don't know what goes on Tuesday, we do know that it can't be H. Our final rule tells us that if H works, then G must work the day immediately after H. However, if H works tuesday, then G would have to work wednesday, which is already occupied by F.
