I can't understand why B is wrong. Does anyone have any input?

    Never mind, I get it. If you negate C, it says that different locations cause different horoscopes and that collapses the psychologists argument. If you negate B, it strengthens his position.

    Good catch! When in doubt, the negation test is a great tool for necessary assumption question.
