Question about number of roses

Confused about the correct answer. How is the most six roses, if we must have 2x more roses than orchids? Wouldn't that require us to have three orchids, and that would make us not have room for G?

Thanks for the question! Make sure you are reading the rules carefully. The rules tell us that we need “AT LEAST twice as many roses as orchids.” So if there are 6 roses, there could be at most 3 orchids, but based solely on this rule, there could be 2 orchids or 1 orchid or 0 orchids as well, since 6 > 4 > 2 > 0.
