We dont know for sure that B is true, we know that the rise of photography did help to prepare audiences for the style of seeing that was embodied in impressionism, but we are never actually told that it was the inspiration for impressionism. However, Line 60 to the end directly supports E, it tells us that what E claims happened did indeed happen.
