@Mchihelle Hello I'm not a tutor for LSAT MAX but I believe the answer is B and not D because D incorrectly states the author is misrepresenting evidence. Just because the author says the environmentalists raised objections on virtually every developmental land proposal does not mean the author is misrepresenting evidence.

B is correct because it directly describes what the author did. The author attacked the reason why people were making a claim rather than the claim itself.
