Game setup

The video of the game set up said that we couldn't *initially* rule out H being on Friday by virtue of rule 1 (H>Z), bc it was possible that both H & Z could be on Monday (until we got to rule 4), with H>Z. However, the Q stem says that the day with 2 days will have "separate but *consecutive* sessions." Since "consecutive" = "at the same time," shouldn't we immediately be able to rule out H being on Friday by virtue of rule 1 (before even getting to rule 4)?
