Can someone go through why this answer is correct?

But again, there’s only one other L shirt available, so we need to buy at least one M shirt. So no matter what, we have to buy at least one M shirt! What does this mean? Well, let’s say we don’t buy MY. We know from above that we have to buy at least one M. So if it’s not MY, it has to be MR or MB! And that’s what (B) says, which is why (B) is the correct answer.
