Hi, to be honest Im confused how we can infer that because some of the people in type A switched they diet to type B diets after the experiment, that their levels of risk of heart disease increased. It says that they had no benefit, not necessarily that their risk of disease increased. What can I do to make similar inference for future must be true questions?

The first sentence of the passage tells us that people with type B profiles are at a greater risk. So, if the only change in a person is that they move from type A to type B, their risk has increased. Its critical to read the passage carefully do you understand what the categories in question are.
