Hello, I was between answers a and c. I ultimately chose a, but can you please explain why c doesn't work?

    Hi, I don't think that C would be a flaw. If you threaten to file a complaint unless you get a refund, and the company decides to give you a refund, would it be a flaw to then decide not to file a complaint?
